We want you to feel confident every time you shop with Empowered Sensory. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at EmpoweredSensory@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned: chewable sensory tools, teething toys, and any opened personal care items.
Processing Times Please note that due to our fulfillment process, orders typically ship within 7–14 business days. Refund timelines begin from the date we receive your return.
